Welcome to The Sierra Vista Community of Excellence Committee Web Site
Our Mission:
The upcoming vote on the Sierra Vista Public School District Budget Override is a tremendous opportunity for the citizens of Sierra Vista to affirm their support of education.  Our mission is to inform the public of the facts surrounding the budget override and correct the misconceptions and false information so that voters have all the information they need to make an informed decision on November 4th. We want to ensure that children of Sierra Vista receive a high quality education by advocating for adequate funding and resources for our public schools.  We believe that all students are entitled to a well-rounded education to include math, science, language arts, music, art, and physical education.  Arizona consistently ranks at or near the bottom in most major measures, and we intend to change that.
